Warranty & Return Policy
We work hard to ensure that you are satisfied with your LCD screen, but if for some reason you are not,we offer a warranty and return program to correct any potential problems. If you have placed an order through TsaiTech and need to return a product, please refer to these policies and procedures.
At TsaiTech, we are happy to provide you with a 45-day warranty on all of our LCD screens, even after installation, as long as there is no physical damage to the screen. In order to be eligible for, you will need to use our online RMA system in order to file for a return authorization number. We will only accept returns that contain this number when they are returned to our facility. All sealed and non-defective products that are returned to TsaiTech for a refund will be subject to a restocking and processing fee, and we do not refund the cost of return shipping. We will provide a refund in the form of store credit for the current cost of the parts, as the costs of our parts tend to change rapidly.
NOTE: A return authorization number will not imply that an exchange or credit will be issued. It is simply an authorization to return the product to us for a thorough evaluation. At TsaiTech, we reserve the right to reject a return based on non-compliance with our warranty or return policy or due to the condition of the item.
All TsaiTech parts honor a 45-day warranty. Once you submit the RMA request form, ship the return parts to the RMA Department within this time period. There are no exceptions to the 45-day time limit,so please ensure that you comply with this policy.
Please note that our items are extremely delicate, so it is easy for the product to be damaged during shipping if not properly prepared. For this reason, you will need to package your screen properly for return shipment, including the use of bubble wrap and other protective materials. This will ensure that the item returns back to our facility in good condition so that you can receive the appropriate refund.
Refunds will be provided as store credit after we test all the screens to make sure they are workable,and determine that defective screens have not been caused by erroneous installation. It may take 3-5 business days after your return has been received to see your store credit reflected on your account.
When we receive a returned LCD screen, we default to issuing a credit for the return. However, if you would like to exchange your screen for a new product, we can accommodate this request. Simply contact us directly to discuss your situation.
